Axcess Triggers is happy to offer a Limited Warranty on all products.

1 Year Limited Warranty

All Axcess triggers come standard with a 1-year warranty repair or replacement service.
If you choose not to sign up for our extended warranty (information listed below), then your trigger will be covered under warranty for 1 year (365 calendar days) from date of sale.
The 1 Year Limited Warranty covers your trigger for any manufacturer errors. User errors, malfunctions, or modifications are not covered under the warranty.

+2 Year Extended Warranty

When you sign up:
- Follow the QR code from the card in your packaging
- Enter in your information
- Must provide a receipt for proof of purchase
- Press submit and that’s it!
- You’ll get an email confirming you have an additional 2 years on your warranty

You have 365 calendar days to sign up for the extended warranty. On the 366th day (yes even on leap years) your warranty ends and you are no longer eligible for the extended warranty.

We recommend signing up for the extended warranty as soon as you get your trigger so you can ensure you’re covered.

If you purchased directly from us but can’t seem to find your receipt, you can call our customer service team any time within the 365 calendar days. If you did in fact order from us, we’ll help you get signed up for the extended warranty.

If you purchased from one of our resellers, you will need to contact them for your proof of purchase as we have no way of accessing their systems.

Basic Shipping Information

We primarily ship through FedEx, but
where FedEx isn’t in range, we will ship via USPS (i.e. PO Boxes). We aim
to ship within two business days of you placing your order. Anything listed as
“pre-order” will ship once stock is available. We’ll send you an email with
tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard: FedEx Ground is $10.99

Fast: FedEx Two-Day Air is $14.99

This rate information only pertains to the Continental U.S. – Alaska and Hawaii
rates will vary depending on which carrier is needed. Contact our customer

International

Currently, we only ship within the
United States and are unable to accommodate international orders. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes!

 Shipping Deadlines

We ship Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. If
you need your trigger quickly, then we recommend giving us a call to ensure
it’s in stock and that we can get it to you on time.

Sales Tax

We wish we could dodge this bullet
but, alas, each state has different tax laws that we need to abide by. Sales
tax rates will vary by state and will be collected as required by law in the
destination state.

Delayed Items

As stated above, items marked as
“pre-order” will ship when stock replenishes. If you want to get a relative
timeline on restocking just give us a call at (602) 962 – AXCS or shoot
us an email at axcessservice@axcesstriggers.com and we’ll gunner’ on over to
our customer service team.

Axcess Return Policy

If you purchased directly from Axcess Triggers, you can return your trigger for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) provided the trigger is in its original packaging, new, and not modified. Before you pull the trigger, you will need to contact our customer service team to begin the return process: axcessservice@axcesstriggers.com

 Defective items are covered under our return policy as well. If it’s a anufacturer issue, Axcess will refund the shipping charges if a replacement trigger is not requested. To lock in your return, simply contact our customer service team and provide an explanation of why/how the trigger is defective. From there our team will zero in on a solution and guide you through the return process.

 Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order you have placed, please call us immediately at (602) 962 – AXCS. Our shipping team is constantly firing on all cylinders and once the package has been marked as shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

At Axcess, it is our policy to NOT sell or distribute any customer information to third parties. If you wish to be removed from our database, simply email us at axcessservice@axcesstriggers.com. Our client contact information is never sold or distributed to any other organizations. Same policy holds true for our email lists at Axcess.
